The hotel room was incredibly spacious, perfect for a family like ours to stay comfortably. The beds were very comfortable, the smart TV was huge, and having a kitchenette was a great plus. Despite some minor inconveniences at the front desk, the location was superb for accessing all the nearby amenities.

The room was enormous by Sapporo standards with very comfortable beds, a huge smart TV, and a kitchenette. It was perfect for a family of 4.

The service was outstanding, with staff being very helpful and welcoming. Their English was good, and check-in and check-out were fast and efficient.

The hotel's location was superb, within walking distance to all eatery stores, malls, and public transportation. However, the front desk area was a bit limited in space, which could be inconvenient during peak times.
